Job Title: Conveyancing Administrator
The ideal candidate will have a background in property law and at least 1 year's experience as an administrative professional.
- Manage and prepare legal documents related to property sales and purchases.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure seamless transactions.
- Organize appointments and maintain diaries to maximize productivity.
- Conduct Land Registry and local authority searches to support the conveyancer.
- Administer file management, data entry, and general office duties efficiently.
- Assist the conveyancer with correspondence and file tracking.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience as an administrative professional.
