Job Summary:
Support the conveyancing team in a leading Law firm by managing legal documents and providing administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage property sales and purchases documentation
- Coordinate with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to achieve seamless transactions
- Arrange appointments and maintain diaries for efficient time management
- Conduct searches at Land Registry and local authorities as required
- File organization, data entry, and office duties to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with the conveyancer on correspondence and file tracking
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal secretary role or equivalent administrative position
