We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team in East Belfast.
About the Job- Draft and process legal paperwork related to property transfers and sales.
- Effectively communicate with clients, lenders, and estate agents.
- Handle scheduling and meeting arrangements.
- Complete property searches and manage online submissions.
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
- Track case progress and manage routine correspondence.
- Prior experience in a legal support role, specifically in property/conveyancing.
- A solid understanding of land registration, drafting legal forms, and SDLT submissions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent typing and IT skills.
- Confident working independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems.
- Discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential matters.
