Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to solicitors within the conveyancing department, ensuring seamless communication and efficient document management
  • Managing correspondence, preparing legal documents, and handling client queries in a professional and discreet manner
  • Typing up contracts, leases, and other documents using digital dictation, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate files and case management systems, ensuring compliance and data security
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and Land Registry, providing exceptional customer service and support
Candidate Criteria:
  • Previous experience in a conveyancing secretary or legal secretary role is essential, with a strong understanding of conveyancing processes and procedures
  • Strong typing skills and experience with digital dictation are required, as well as excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and case management systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting business objectives
  • A professional, discreet, and client-focused approach is essential, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support
