Conveyancing Secretary Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Secretary to support our legal practice in East Belfast. This is a full-time, office-based role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio and copy typing, document preparation and management
- Opening and closing files, case management and coordination
- Effective communication with clients, estate agents and third parties
- Managing diaries, key dates and deadlines
- General office administration and support tasks
Requirements:
