Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing Consulting and Regulatory Solutions business, working with leading financial institutions worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Critically assess processes with in-depth knowledge of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks related to Financial Crime, including AMLD, 5AMLD/6AMLD.
  • Apply European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, ESMA, EIOPA) and the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) guidelines when assessing regulatory developments, business impacts, and proportionate compliance measures.
  • Familiarity with upcoming EU legislative changes such as the establishment of the EU AML Authority (AMLA) and the AML Regulation package.
  • Lead and support AML-related regulatory initiatives across Corporate, Listed, and Private firms.
  • Perform regulatory gap analysis and contribute to remediation planning.
  • Support Business As Usual (BAU) AML tasks as needed.
  • Deliver multiple workstreams in a dynamic, regulatory-driven environment.
  • Ensure timely delivery against strict deadlines.
  • Provide insights and expertise to enhance client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to apply European Supervisory Authorities and FATF guidelines.
  • Familiarity with upcoming EU legislative changes.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Regulatory compliance and risk management expertise.
