Electrical Supervisor Role

This is a key position for an Electrical Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our sites and electrical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations and supervise electricians, ensuring compliance with electrical standards.
  • Oversee the supervision of electrical mechanical containment installation, including cable ladder, cable tray, conduits, trunking, and bracketry.
  • Lead and take ownership of electrical packages under tight schedule deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, informing site management of delays and proposing alternatives.
  • Understand and follow local site safety guidelines.
Specific Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience as an electrical supervisor or similar experience in managing large-scale, high-headcount electrical projects, preferably in pharmaceutical or data centre industries.
  • Ability to read and understand detailed electrical drawings.
  • Understanding of site health and safety guidelines and ability to uphold and implement these guidelines with supervised workforce.
