Senior EHS Specialist

An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced Senior EHS Specialist to join the Environmental Health and Safety team at a top-tier facility. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and support to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in project design reviews, risk assessments, and safety evaluations to ensure safe operations.
- Coordinate support from relevant subject matter experts and ensure management of change processes are followed.
- Provide process safety support for existing processes, new material introductions, and project work.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of safety programs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence others. They will be a self-directed, technically strong individual who can work effectively in a multi-functional team environment.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of EHS experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industry.
- Knowledge of HAZOP, LOPA, ATEX, and Change Control.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
