Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Physiotherapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prepare and maintain therapy areas and equipment.
- Support residents throughout therapy sessions, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Document resident progress accurately and thoroughly.
- Foster effective communication with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless resident care.
Requirements
- QQI Level 5 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial.
