The Administrative Support Specialist will provide essential administrative support within the department, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service & Communication
    • Answer telephone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
    • Provide information and assistance to the public, colleagues, and stakeholders.
    • Handle queries efficiently and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Administration & Office Support
    • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, including appointment letters.
    • Maintain accurate records and update internal databases as required.
    • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and general office paperwork.
  • Organisational Support
    • Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring all relevant information is communicated.
    • Support colleagues with clerical tasks and contribute to a smooth-running office environment.
    • Adhere to data protection and confidentiality policies at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
