National Community Families CRM Lead

The National College of Ireland seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the implementation of the Community Families National CRM system, coordinate national monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities, and provide high-quality data to support the Programme's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant 3rd level qualification, in-depth knowledge of and experience in using CRM systems, excellent research, administrative and organisational skills, and excellent IT skills in Ms Excel, Ms Word, EvaSys, CRM systems, SPSS and other relevant research packages. Additionally, they will have a professional interest in early years education and family-based learning, experience of both qualitative and quantitative research, and the ability to work closely with staff delivering services to marginalised families and have an understanding of the issues of marginalization and its impact on data collection and evaluation.
