We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our client's leadership team in a strategic and operational capacity.

About the Role
  • Drive all aspects of HR operations and strategic delivery across diverse business units, fostering a culture of excellence and employee engagement.
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive HR strategies and projects, aligning with business objectives and best practices.
  • Mentor and lead high-performing HR teams, providing guidance and support for optimal performance.
  • Oversee employee relations, IR issues, compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and equity.
  • Implement HR cultural initiatives, analyzing best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess a 3rd-level degree in HR or a relevant field and 4-5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a senior leadership role. Strong IT skills and attention to detail are required for success in this position.
