Residential Property Administrator Role

A leading estate and letting agency is currently seeking an experienced residential property administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tenancy management functions, dealing with tenant queries and requests, addressing maintenance issues, liaising with contractors and tenants, reviewing invoices for payment, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to work independently while being part of a team. Experience with the Letman system would be advantageous but not essential.
