We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Property Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day property maintenance queries and issues. You will liaise daily with landlords, tenants, contractors, and property managers to ensure that all properties remain compliant with housing standards.

You will also carry out property inspections, handle tenant and owner queries in a professional and timely manner, and advise clients on housing standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require experience with Letman and Fixflo, although training can be provided. You must also have a full, clean driving licence and access to your own car.

You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have strong customer service skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.

Additionally, you will need to be able to multi-task, prioritise workload, and manage time effectively. Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a team-player approach are essential, as is the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
