We are seeking a skilled and organized Property Maintenance Coordinator to support the continued growth of our business.
Job Overview- Manage day-to-day property maintenance queries and issues effectively.
- Liaise daily with landlords, tenants, contractors, and property managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct property inspections and verify compliance with housing standards.
- Respond promptly to tenant and owner inquiries in a professional manner.
- Advise clients on housing standards and guarantee properties remain compliant.
- Handle property maintenance queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of property inspections and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in property maintenance.
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field is an advantage.
- Possession of a full, clean driving license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone, are essential.
- Able to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Honest, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
