Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across our properties.

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland and will involve overseeing maintenance teams and coordinating repairs and upkeep to ensure high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of maintenance operations including service, repairs, painting and upkeep.
  • Supervision of maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure safe and compliant operations.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Management of maintenance budgets and schedules in coordination with the General Manager.
  • Maintenance of a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests and residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A hands-on approach with practical handyman skills and ability to use tools effectively.
  • Ability to identify potential issues before they become problems and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and contractors.
  • Seniority level: Entry level.
  • Flexibility to work across shifts including weekends and bank holidays as required.
  • Health and safety knowledge and adherence to relevant regulations.
