We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to help us maintain the highest standards of quality and comfort.

About The Role

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in preserving the pristine condition of our luxury properties. You'll be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, ensuring that our apartments and common areas meet the exacting standards our discerning residents expect.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from residents
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment to prevent issues from arising
  • Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances in a timely manner
  • Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property through painting, light carpentry, and general repairs as needed
  • Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents by conducting thorough inspections and necessary repairs
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance situations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels to ensure efficient operations
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes to protect both residents and staff
  • Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required
  • Contribute to the overall upkeep of common areas and building exteriors to create a welcoming environment

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance with a focus on preventative maintenance
  • Proficiency in general maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry is essential
  • Knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance practices is crucial for success in this role
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders safely is required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for delivering high-quality results
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service orientation are necessary for interacting with residents and staff
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for travel between properties
  • EPA certification for HVAC work is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience working in luxury properties or high-end residential maintenance is advantageous but not essential
