Property Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Property Maintenance Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day property maintenance queries and issues, liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and property managers, carrying out property inspections, and ensuring compliance with housing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage property maintenance queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Liaise daily with landlords, tenants, contractors, and property managers to ensure seamless communication.
  • Carry out thorough property inspections to identify any potential issues.
  • Advise clients on housing standards and ensure properties remain compliant.

Additional responsibilities include handling tenant and owner queries in a professional manner, working closely with landlords, property managers, and multi-unit development teams to ensure efficient property management.

Requirements:
  • Experience with property maintenance software is highly advantageous.
  • Full, clean driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong customer service focus with a professional approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to multitask, prioritise workload, and manage time effectively. They will also be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player.
