Job Title: Property Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned property management specialist to oversee the daily operations of our mixed-use complex.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and experience in managing facilities, maintenance teams, and budgeting.

A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, building systems, and maintenance best practices is required. The ability to think critically, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing maintenance requests, complaints, and general queries promptly.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and contractor management.
  • Carpark Management: Oversee the efficient operation of on-site carparks, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and optimal use of space.
  • Buildings Management: Ensure all building systems are fully operational, conduct regular inspections, and implement necessary improvements.

About the Role:

This role requires a high degree of organization, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. A strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and procedures is essential.

Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in a relevant field (e.g., property management, facilities management) or equivalent work experience is required. A minimum of 3 years' experience in property management, ideally in a mixed-use development, is preferred.
