About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Manager to lead our bar team in Dublin. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and support staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and control bar expenses, including stock levels, labor costs, and overheads.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a bar manager or senior bartender.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
