**Senior Project Manager Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful outcomes that promote industry-leading standards in both safety and construction.

This role involves the safe and efficient execution of multi-technology activities for a range of clients, requiring strong commercial acumen, financial management skills, and the ability to drive a positive safety culture with zero incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Actively drive a positive HSE culture with zero incidents for Centrica and our customers across all phases of the project.
  • Customer Experience: Provide a high level of customer experience along the customer journey through direct customer interactions but also indirectly through delivery.
  • Delivery Accountability: Accountability for the financial performance of the project according to schedule.
  • Reporting: Take responsibility for upward reporting of project performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Project Management: A highly experienced project manager able to operate independently to deliver overall business results.
  • Delivery Track Record: Proven track record of successfully delivering small and large projects for a variety of sectors.
  • HSE: Experience managing HSE in an engineering and construction environment.
  • Technical: Multi-disciplined technical experience, but at least one strength in either Solar, CHP, or Integrated projects.
  • Construction: Experience in the construction of large complex on-site energy projects working with a mix of in-house and third-party labor.
  • Sector Experience: Experience working with complex users of energy including solar, CHP, or hospitals and large corporate facilities.
  • Relevant Project Management Qualification/Chartership: Including APM PMP or equivalent.
  • Degree in Engineering/Technical: Preferred but not essential.
  • Safety Qualification: Such as IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH preferred but not essential.
