Project Delivery Specialist

A seasoned professional is sought after to spearhead project delivery and success in a regulated environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather, define, and validate business requirements from multiple stakeholders for development and implementation of key products, tools, and analytics.
  • Lead and contribute towards project delivery and success.
  • Analyse and understand business workflow and provide solutions for product enhancements and new initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support for existing products.
  • Collaborate with technology groups, business colleagues, and other teams.
  • Foster the delivery of high-quality, user-centric products, and features.
  • Work closely with software developers and other colleagues to ensure that they understand the requirements and the features.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in business analysis or similar role.
  • Previous experience within a similar role with evidence of successful delivery of product and business change outcomes.
  • A self-starter with the ability to learn and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
  • Experience of taking ownership of stakeholder deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills with very strong interpersonal skills.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Experience is a must.
  • Experience with customer journey design and customer experience implementations would be a bonus but not essential.
  • Demonstrable ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
