  • This is a dynamic and diverse role that involves delivering large-scale Capital Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project controls, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time.
  • The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality on infrastructure projects.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with clients to help create innovative insights and solutions to meet their needs.
  • The key responsibilities include developing and implementing project control processes and procedures, collaborating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to establish project baselines and monitor performance against established metrics.
  • Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource allocation, to optimise project timelines and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • They will also be responsible for monitoring project costs and expenditures, tracking budget variances, and providing timely analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Furthermore, the candidate will conduct regular progress meetings and presentations to update project stakeholders on project status, key milestones, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to help create innovative insights and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and implement project control processes and procedures to effectively manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality on infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to establish project baselines and monitor performance against established metrics.

  • Monitor project costs and expenditures, track budget variances, and provide timely analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and presentations to update project stakeholders on project status, key milestones, and performance metrics.
