Job Title:
Site Operations Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing multiple projects, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a leadership culture within the project site team.
- Coordinate with Contracts Manager and Site Agents to handle work and site resource needs.
- Manage multiple projects in both urban and rural settings.
- Communicate and collaborate with Clients and Client Representatives to ensure successful project delivery and foster relationships.
- Provide status reports to Clients and act as the primary contact for the public and sub-contractors.
- Professionally address customer complaints regarding completed work.
- Innovatively apply new technology to create services and streamline delivery processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while building trust and confidence.
- Thoroughly review drawings with high attention to detail.
- Modify designs based on received feedback.
- Mentor designers and identify training needs for junior team members.
- Perform quality control of works.
- Monitor site work progress, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Plan and oversee material deliveries, addressing discrepancies as needed.
- Efficiently manage required administrative tasks.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Ensure all work complies with client requirements, safety legislation, and legal standards.
- Oversee traffic management and on-site health and safety, conducting all necessary safety checks.
- Coordinate with Local Authorities for footway condition inspections before and after installation works.
- Work with the workflow department on programming and scheduling tasks.

Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in civils, drainage, or utilities industry with 1-2 years of supervisor experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to new circumstances and manage multiple priorities.
- Time management abilities to meet targets.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel.
