Senior Site Management Role

As a leading Irish main contractor, we are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our large-scale accommodation project in West Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Site Manager role, preferably with a main contractor background.

  • Day-to-day site management of a large accommodation project requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, ensuring program targets, health & safety, and quality standards are achieved.
  • Coordination of subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers is critical to the success of this project.
  • Regular reporting to Project and Contracts Managers is essential for transparency and accountability.
  • Managing site logistics, materials, and equipment is a key responsibility.
  • Maintaining accurate site records and documentation is vital for future reference.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, and building regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site teams effectively.
  • A full driver's licence is required for travel between sites.
