Mechanical Service Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Service Manager to lead our team of professional engineers and administrators in providing top-quality service to our customers. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all mechanical service and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of engineers and technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve divisional profitability, business growth, staff satisfaction, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to manage workforce strategy, performance management, conflict resolution, training, and development.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving results through effective team management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Effective communicator with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to share the vision and mission of the organization with employees.
  • Strong mechanical or electrical background, preferably with HVAC and/or Air Conditioning trade qualifications or an engineering degree.
