Job Role: Senior Electrical Operations Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Operations Manager to lead our electrical teams in Cork or Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our sites and electricians.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the installation of electrical mechanical containment systems, including cable ladders, cable trays, conduits, trunking, and other first-fix electrical requirements in accordance with industry standards.
  • Lead and take ownership of electrical projects under tight schedule deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with site management to inform them of any delays and propose alternatives to mitigate them.
  • Ensure that all electrical work is carried out safely and in compliance with local site safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience as an electrical supervisor or similar experience in managing large-scale electrical projects, preferably in pharmaceutical or data centre industries.
  • Ability to read and understand detailed electrical drawings.
  • Understanding of site health and safety guidelines and ability to uphold and implement these guidelines with the workforce being supervised.
