Key Responsibilities
- Operate buses safely and professionally along assigned routes and timetables.
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, assisting as required.
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with Road Traffic Acts and company safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and ticketing information.
- Uphold high standards of presentation, reliability, and courtesy.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Category D driving license (Bus/Coach).
- Possess a valid Driver CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.
- Have a minimum 2 years holding of a Category B license prior to upgrade.
- Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.
- Be able to work variable shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Commit to maintaining high safety and professionalism standards.
