Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with onboarding and offboarding procedures, championing employee development initiatives, and assisting with administrative tasks.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual to make an impact in a supportive environment. As an HR professional, you will work closely with the management team, providing strategic insights and supporting the development of employees. Your dedication and enthusiasm will contribute to promoting from within and creating internal opportunities for growth and advancement.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in Human Resources, with experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection. They will also have the ability to drive Training and Development and succession planning. Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential.
