We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to take on key responsibilities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees
  • Conduct regular meetings with site managers and members of the management team
  • Provide guidance and support to management on various matters
  • Conduct recruitment efforts, participate in hiring decisions, and facilitate new-employee orientations
  • Manage day-to-day performance management, including coaching, counseling, and career development
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues through effective investigations and resolution
Requirements:
  • Certification in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with human capital management systems
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills
