Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive day-to-day HR advice and guidance, fostering positive employee relations, recruiting candidates, performance management, compensation and benefits.

Key responsibilities include acting as the main HR contact for employee queries and providing policy guidance, delivering precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner, devising and updating HR policies, procedures and documentation in line with legislation, maintaining accurate employee records and generating HR reports on key metrics.

Person Specification
  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar HR discipline.
  • 5+years' experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of Irish employment law and employee relations.
  • A high attention to detail is required for this role.
  • Knowledge of HR Systems and databases.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be pro-active.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
  • Flexibility and confidentiality.
  • Results orientated.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organisations and planning skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
