Business Development Manager

The Brand Developer will be responsible for maintaining and generating new distribution and volume by creating and leveraging relationships with regional accounts. This individual will ensure the effective use of resources to achieve business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including regional account managers and sales teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase distribution and volume across various channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach, with a focus on driving results and achieving goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain systems to track and report on key performance indicators.
- Channel Insight: Provide insightful feedback on market intelligence and competitor activity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments.
- A full clean valid driving license is required.
