Electrical Design Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Lead to join our team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the delivery of innovative building services solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the electrical design of complex commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide expertise in LV systems, lighting, ICT, power distribution, fire alarms, and integrated building systems.
  • E nsure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, CIBSE guidelines, and international standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
  • P repare reports, drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in electrical building services design within a consultancy setting.
  • Chartered Engineer status or working towards CEng preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in design software (Auto CAD, Revit, Dialux/Relux, Amtech).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven client-facing experience.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
