Lead Visual Effects Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced VFX professional with a proven track record in leading teams and developing innovative visual solutions. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines, are skilled in using industry-standard tools such as Houdini, Maya, Substance Designer, UE4, Unity, and have experience in building and managing high-performing VFX teams, then we want to hear from you

  • Develop and present concepts and ideas to creative directors and other departments, interpreting feedback and making recommendations where appropriate.
  • Communicate effectively with art directors, designers, animation directors, producers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Lead by example, inspiring your team to produce outstanding work and driving them towards achieving their full potential.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in the gaming industry and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in VFX workflow.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize VFX performance without compromising quality.
