About the Role

You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Your expertise in pipework installation and management will play a key role in the success of our projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Manage the mechanical package, prioritizing pipework installation and delivery.">
  • Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring compliance with programme and specifications.">
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to project stakeholders and senior management.">
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer service.">
  • Ensure rigorous application of health & safety protocols and quality standards on-site.">
  • Review technical drawings, identify risks, and resolve clashes in coordination with other disciplines.">
  • Monitor budgets, resources, and project variations in conjunction with the commercial team.">
  • Lead site meetings with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.">
  • Significant experience in mechanical package management, preferably with pipework installation bias.">
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and supervise mechanical works on large-scale projects.">
  • Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication and leadership ability.">
  • Demonstrated strength in project reporting, planning, and resource management.">
  • Familiarity with health & safety standards, quality assurance, and risk management principles.">
  • Able to coordinate with multiple disciplines (electrical, civil, structural) on complex projects.">
