Lead Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional to create and implement effective digital marketing strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media marketing plans for clients and internal campaigns.
  • Design engaging content for multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate campaign efforts with internal teams and clients to ensure clear messaging.
  • Monitor daily performance and interact with the community through social media accounts.
  • Create monthly editorial calendars and content plans based on client objectives.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide performance reports with optimization recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (in-house, agency or freelance).
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English.
  • Understanding of algorithms and key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • A keen eye for design and analytical skills for interpreting data.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Sheets & Presentation, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
