Project Coordinator - Retrofit Expert

Job Summary

We seek an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the successful delivery of high-volume retrofit projects in the Dublin area.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Will coordinate and review construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Will liaise with the design team to guarantee works are completed according to the programme.
  • Will report to and support senior management to ensure the completion of projects.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience working on retrofit schemes and warmer homes schemes in the Leinster region.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Proficiency in computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
