Main Responsibilities- Support daily food preparation in accordance with HACCP guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Operate the point of sale system and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, exceeding expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Provide coverage during staff absences, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to team success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationships.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the team, embracing new challenges and opportunities.
- The ability to follow food safety procedures, with training provided as needed.
- Previous experience in a catering or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of success.
- HACCP or food safety training, which can be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations or in social enterprise settings, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
