Job Title:
Catering Support ProfessionalWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Assistant to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care through the preparation and delivery of nutritious meals.
- Prepare and serve meals & drinks to patients and staff.
- Deliver meals to wards and assist patients during mealtimes.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Fully comply with HACCP food safety and infection control procedures.
- Manage ward pantry stock levels and rotate food supplies effectively.
- Collaborate with catering and ward teams to deliver smooth service.
Key Responsibilities:
- 6–12 months' experience in catering or kitchen environment (healthcare background advantageous).
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
- Legally entitled to work in Ireland & Garda Vetting clearance required.
- Able to provide 5 years of professional references.
- Effective team player with flexibility and excellent communication skills.
