We are seeking a skilled and innovative Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a vital role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing structural systems for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the structural design and coordination for data centre projects, ensuring compliance with local building regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare calculations, reports, and detailed design documentation for steel and reinforced concrete structures.
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, project managers, and contractors to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Conduct structural analysis and modelling using industry-standard software (e.g., Tekla, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, Robot).
  • Oversee site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases.
  • Contribute to value engineering initiatives and sustainability-focused design optimisations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with Engineers Ireland or equivalent, or actively working towards chartership.
  • 5+ years of post-graduate experience in structural design, with at least 2 years on mission-critical or large-scale industrial projects (data centre experience highly desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, Irish building regulations, and international design standards.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, and excellent AutoCAD/Revit skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
