    • To ensure all events are executed with precision, attention to detail, and a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  • Quality and Safety:
    • To maintain the highest standards of quality and safety across all areas of the conference and banqueting operation.
    • To implement and enforce robust health, safety, and security procedures.
  • Operations:
    • To manage the day-to-day operations of the conference and banqueting department.
    • To optimize revenue growth through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Staffing:
    • To oversee the recruitment, selection, and induction of new staff members.
    • To develop and implement effective staffing plans to meet business needs.
  • Financial Management:
    • To manage budgets and control costs across the conference and banqueting department.
    • To identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
