Senior Customer Risk Assessment Specialist

We are seeking an EDD Compliance Analyst to fill a key role within our organization.
This position involves conducting thorough due diligence on high-risk customers, analyzing customer information, and summarizing findings to inform next steps.
Main responsibilities include:
- Issuing clear and concise requests for information to customers to obtain necessary documentation.
- Interpreting customer conversations and addressing concerns to optimize the customer experience.
- Carrying out internal and external research to gather critical customer information and build risk profiles.
- Informing stakeholders of process bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and policies, leading to increased accuracy and productivity.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial services, investigations, legal, or tech industries, with a focus on EDD, KYC, compliance, or regulatory matters.
- The ability to understand CDD and EDD requirements for individual customers and collect specified requirements according to internal policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, and Word.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
