Senior Site Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Senior Site Specialist will be responsible for providing support to our customers by ensuring that all site operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes receiving, stocking, and dispensing materials, as well as performing various laboratory tests and procedures.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and dispensing of materials.
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Leaving cert or equivalent required.
  • Stock control and Warehousing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Strong desire to serve the customer, and the interpersonal skills to look after various levels of personnel at the customer site.
