We are seeking an experienced midwifery professional to join our team as a Director of Midwifery and Nursing.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our midwifery service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining strong relationships with our medical teams.
Required Qualifications and Experience- Registered nurse or midwife with significant experience in a leadership role;
- 3rd level qualification in a health-related subject or equivalent;
- Minimum 7 years' relevant midwifery experience including 3 years at the level of CMM2 level;
- Demonstrate depth and breadth of midwifery experience relevant to the post;
- Evidence of change management experience in an acute setting;
