Job Description

As an experienced leader in digital project delivery, you will provide strategic guidance and support to implement, develop, and manage a successful project strategy from pre-contract through to project delivery and handover.

This is a full-time position where you will work on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM Level 2 requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review tender documents to identify clients' BIM and digital requirements.
  2. Provide technical review of 3D BIM models for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics, and cost management.
  3. Support the production and delivery of project documentation.
  4. Lead project teams to review and finalize project strategies.
  5. Mentor junior team members as required.
  6. Possess 5+ years of experience working on complex projects with BIM requirements.
  7. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and experience working with MS Office.
  8. Utilize Autodesk Revit, Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion, and other software packages.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Third-level qualification in construction, computing, or a related discipline.
