As a Plant and Asset Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of plant and assets across various projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business.

Job Description:

Manage all plant and asset lifecycle activities, including acquisition, maintenance, disposal, and optimization. Ensure effective dispatch and return of plant and assets relative to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimise downtime and maximise asset productivity through planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Develop a full life cycle cost register of all plant and equipment, including identifying the optimum life span of each asset.
  • Procure and/or hire plant and equipment at the most economical cost.
  • Generate Hire versus Buy appraisals for all site plant and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Appropriate qualification in a related construction field.
  • 5+ years experience in an equivalent role.
  • High level knowledge of asset management principles and practice.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and standards.
  • Proficiency in the use of asset manager tools & systems.
