We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee key builds across residential, commercial, and public sector developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to lead construction projects from initial site set-up through to handover, ensuring timely, safe, and quality delivery.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, coordinating with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Deliver projects within agreed programmes, budget, and quality targets.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, health & safety compliance, and project documentation.
- Oversee logistics, deliveries, and resource planning, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Chair regular project meetings and progress reviews, collaborating with Quantity Surveyors to manage variations and change control.
- 5+ years' experience in a similar Project Management or Site Management role.
- A proven track record delivering commercial or residential projects.
- Relevant construction qualification (Engineering, Construction Management, or related).
- Strong understanding of local building regulations and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Familiarity with local market conditions and trends.
