The Role:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Management: Coordinate and execute projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, promoting collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee workflow processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient solutions.
  • Supplier Interaction: Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to drive business growth.
  • Telecommunications Experience: Possess experience working within a telecommunications environment, preferably in a similar role, with a solid understanding of provisioning principles and installation practices.
  • Installation/Help Desk Skills: Familiarity with installation and help desk procedures is beneficial, as you will be required to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Leadership: Showcase strong leadership abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
