Project Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to lead the engineering side of an exciting project in Cork, Ireland. The successful candidate will bring cutting-edge production equipment and infrastructure development to life over the next three years.

About the Role:
  • This is a rare opportunity to shape a new facility from the ground up.
  • The Project Engineer will be responsible for leading design, planning, and installation of manufacturing equipment.
  • You will oversee infrastructure and facility setup, drive project milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement plans for the installation of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
  2. Lead the design and construction process to ensure that the facility meets the required standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and achieve goals.
  4. E nsure that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Manage documentation, scheduling, and grant submissions to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related).
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment installation and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of modern materials and manufacturing technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
