We are seeking a dedicated Pole Installation Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading pole installation and replacement projects, working closely with our overhead lines crews to ensure safe and efficient work sites. Key responsibilities include supervising the installation and removal of poles, conducting daily risk assessments, recording plant and equipment checks, and ensuring all works are performed in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise pole installation and removal projects
  • Conduct daily risk assessments and record plant and equipment checks
  • Ensure safe and efficient work sites
  • Collaborate with overhead lines crews to achieve project objectives

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. construction management, engineering)
  • Proven experience in pole installation and maintenance
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols
